Introduction course Japanese Yoga

September 16, 2021, I will start a six-week, on- and offline Japanese yoga and meditation introduction course at Samana Yoga Center (walking distance from Amsterdam Central Station).

What do we practice?
You’ll learn the basic moves and a bit of history behind Japanese yoga, meditation and philosophy.
The classes are more about doing and feeling, than about using your brain.

For who?
For everybody who wants to:
- develop a better posture and concentration
- find balance in relaxation and power
- improve or sustain their physical and mental health
- feed their 'Japan hunger'

Online?
We record the studio classes, so you can also buy the online recordings and do them at home in your own time and space.

Prices
Offline classes in the studio: 99 euros for 6 classes (one class a week).
Online classes in your email every week: 69 euros.

Free/donation-based online try out class
On Thursday the 19th of August from 18.00 - 19.00 (Dutch time) you can get a glimpse at the course by joining a free online class. I will tell a bit about the course, the Japanese way of yoga and philosophy, and most of all we’re gonna move and breath. The class is in Dutch or English, depending on who’s joining. All levels are welcome!
